Analysis of the relationships of the triple helix system in the knowledge-based economy of Iran

knowledge-based economy that it based on the production, distribution and application of knowledge andinformation are formed and where investment in knowledge and knowledge based industry are particularinterest. On the other hand studies and research in the field of innovation system do not offer a clear analyticalframework for conceptualizing and understanding the interaction of that. The new analysis of the triple helixconcept, have been proposed in order to fill this gap. In this systematic approach, interactions of triple helix inthe form of a innovation system covers combined structural and functional concepts of innovation in theory.According to research findings from a research of Ranga and Etzkowitz, in 2013؛ these relations consist of:technology transfer, acquisition of technology, cooperation and conflict mitigation, substitution andnetworking. Also according to the research findings؛ the networking is the highest priority in the relations of thetriple helix. However, the networking is not in the current situation in the first place.
