چکیده مقاله:
In This researchTalc As a nucleating agent,atmass(2000ppm,4000ppm,6000ppm,8000ppm,10000ppm)was added into isotactic polypropylene (IPP) matrixby solution/precipitation method and compression-molded method. The crystallization morphology was studiedby scanning electron microscope (SEM),Talc particles are also well dispersed in the polypropylene matrix. Theresult showed thattalccan induce α crystal and increase the degree of crystallization of IPP. matrix. The meltingpeak of IPP analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was raisedIt explains that crystalline perfectdegree of PP were increased.The mechanical and Physical properties of polypropylene, which was measuredusing the izodimpact test, tensile properties, flexural modulus, was improved by increasing the amount of talc.And the optimal amount of nucleating agent was 10000ppm.
