The effectiveness of satellite ganglion block in pain relief after mastectomy

In this research we studied 35 patients who underwent sono-guided satellite ganglion block after mastectomy. The procedure was performed by using of lidocaine 1% 10 mls and triamcinolone 40 mg. the patients reported a marked reduction in pain and edema in the same side upper limb. So this intervention might be an effective strategy in these cases
