Authoritative legal in Iran s and Turkey s law

Authoritative legal is one of criminal liability obstacles and now researcher s survey On Iran and Turkey laws. This study tries to define if authoritative legal can be known as a legitimacy of crime And before the implementation of the statements, the envoy should be certain about qualification of referee. And also he must check if the statement is in accordance with rules or not. In this study we survey 3 theories. And we discuss about authoritative legal conditions. At last we compare Iran s and Turkeys rules in this field.
