چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study was to compare organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence of male and female teachers of elementary schools and junior high school in Isfahan. The was a descriptive and causal-comparative study. Population consisted of all the teachers of elementary schools and junior high school in Isfahan in the academic year 1394-1395, of which 134 people, 70 teachers of elementary schools (33 male, 37 female),64 teachers of junior high school(33 male, 31 female),were selected through multistage random cluster sampling. Instruments were Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (Meyer and Allen, 1997), Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire, SISRI, (King, 2008). Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance MANOVA and SPSS 22 software. Results showed that there was a significant difference between organizational commitment and Component continued commitment of elementary schools and junior high school teachers (p<0.05). And there was a significant difference between spiritual intelligence and components ,component Existential critical thinking ,production of personal meaning, and consciousness development mode, of elementary schools and junior high school teachers. There was no significant difference between organizational commitment, spiritual intelligence and their components among male and female teachers.
