چکیده
Introduction: breast cancer is the women most prevail cancer that affects 178480 new cases each year in the United States .today survival rate has increaseup to 98 %for five years after diagnosis. Therefore, interventions focused maygo on increasing the quality of life in these patients significantly .so physicaland psychosocial side effect occurred in short time and remains after the treat,decrease subjective the quality of survivals life .Objective: Determine of disturbing factors of quality of life in women withbreast cancer.Methods: This study is a comprehensive review of the extensive search in thedatabase science direct, pub med Scopus, Google scholar using keywords breast cancer, quality of life, physical & psychosocial disorder wasconducted.Results: Life quality has a multi-dimensional meaning that includes physicaland psychosocial healthy. Women with breast cancer experience physical andpsychosocial disorders of disease treatments and also emotional tensions.Physical symptoms such as fatigue, decreased muscle strength, impairedphysical capacity and psychosocial problems such as depression, anxiety, mooddisorders, stress, insecurity, low self-esteem, social isolation and occupationalproblems, and sadness all decreased quality of life in these patients. The effectof emotional stress and physical deformity on gender identity and maritalrelationship has been reported in several studies. women need to have enoughinformation for controlling disease ad side effect of treatment ,help to controland adaptions emotions associated with procedure patient out come in further.Conclusion: breast cancer is the women most prevail cancer that more overphysical and psychosocial problems at patients ,involve other staffs of family,specially the patients wife. Therefore, extensive physical and psychologicalrehabilitation programs to improve quality of life in these patients are necessary.کلیدواژه ها
