چکیده مقاله:

Because of reducing the costs, flexibility and high development capability, cloud computing is currently one of the most attractive modern technologies of the world. Protecting cloud application in internet is considered as a big challenge. Meantime, the security of information and maintaining users’ privacy in cloud environment is of a great importance. Hence; this paper aims to prioritize effective factors on information security in form of cloud computing using multi criteria model-fuzzy DEMATEL. The methodology is survey and library. The tools of evaluation and collecting information include questionnaire and interviewing with multi-criteria techniques (Fuzzy DEMATEL) and computational software ATLAB. The statistical population of this study include the relevant managers and experts to the section of information technology in Saderat Bank of Iran. Considering investigated criteria and conducted fuzzy computations, the most optimal and best method of establishing security can be said that firstly is determined considering the type of people and organizations use of cloud computing and secondly, if all three approaches in an organization (software approach as service (saas), platform approach as service (Paas) and the fundamental approach as service Iaas) and computational goals are supposed to be used, a combination of three moods of establishing security should be used and considering the rate of using each one of computational goals, relevant useful security method to the same goal and approach should be noticed more.
