Evaluation of a new separation method by MIPs for extraction of stevioside as a a noncalori sweetener from Stevia

چکیده مقاله:
The main goal of this research is using of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) teahnique as one of the best applicable methods in preparation samples before analysis for extracting of stevioside from stevia (Rebaudiana Bertoni). The reinforced MIP has been prepared by using of methacrylic acid, ethylene glycol dimethylacrylate, azobisbutyronitrile and carbon nanotubes. This polymer was used as a solis phase extraction sorbent for pre-concenteration and determination of stevioside from stevia. Some important parameters affected on extraction of important parameters affected on extraction of stevioside by MIP has been optimize. In this new method an alcoholic extraction of stevia dried leaves was used as real sample. Some parameters of the method were evaluated in various conditions, and the amount of steviaside in the dried plant was found 11/16 mg/g which was due to the others. The linearty range 0.01-20mg/l, limit of quantitaion was 9.6×10- 3mg/l, limit of detection 2.9×10-3, relative recovery %87.60 and also the best best- concentration factor were obtained 826.
