چکیده
Breast cancer screening and early detection is one of the most crucial strategies in cancerprevention that can lead to early treatment and increasing patient survival.various factors such associoeconomic status, lifestyle, health education, social support and attitude and behavior typescan affect the screening behavior. This study is part of a systematic review which is assessed breastcancer related articles conducted in Iran from 2005 to 2015.Various databases were searchedincluding PubMed, Scopus, Web of science and SID and IRAN MEDEX as Iranian resources. afterthree steps fourteen articles met the inclusion criteria. These article were about the barriers inbreast cancer screening (BSE, CBE and mammography) and the factors affecting it.the resultsrespectively showed lack of knowledge of breast cancer and failure to identify breast cancersymptoms and screening procedures, lack of social support (emotional support, financial andinformational), beliefs and cultural attitudes toward breast cancer ,the unavailability of a specialistphysician, are the most important barriers..the other factors such as having fear of detection,shame and lack of motivation to perform screening behavior, lack of importance and necessity ofscreening for breast cancer in the next steps are outlined barriers.Therefore, enhancing healthliteracy breast cancer on awareness and changing attitudes toward screening behaviors and theneed to facilitate social support for screening behaviors as of early detection of cancer and assolutions to resolved these barriers its necessary to be considered.کلیدواژه ها
