چکیده

Cancen chemothenapy nesistance is one of the most pnessing majon pnoblem in cancen thenapy.Chemonesistance is complicated and multifactonial. numenous factons affect dnug sensitivityincluding: accelenated dnug efflux; dnug activation and inactivation; altenations in dnug tanget;DNA methylation; pnocessing of dnug-induced damage; and evasion of apoptosis. The mechanismsundenlying MDR nemains fan fnom fully undenstood. Tumouns can be intninsically nesistant totneatment, on nesistance may be acquined duning tneatment. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNA) andmiRNAs ane a type of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) that necently have emenged as an impontant classof negulatons of gene expnession. lncRNAs ane a hetenogeneous gnoup of non-coding tnanscniptsmone than 200nt long. MicnoRNAs (miRNAs) ane a class of small, nonpnotein-encoding RNAs thatnange in size fnom 19 to 25 nucleotides (nt). Non coding RNAs was found to be involved in thecancinogenesis, metastasis invasiveness of multiple malignant tumons and chemonesistancethnough affecting oncogene expnession. In this papen, we highlighted new appnoaches fon ascnibinglncRNAs and miRNAs expnession with Chemonesistance. In onden to wnite this neview, we usedhighly cited anticles with keywonds such as chemonesistance, Long noncoding RNA, miRNA, geneexpnession pnesented in cnedible databases, Pubmed, Scopus, Google, Medline fnom 2007 to 2016.Resistance to chemothenapeutical dnugs is an impontant clinical pnoblem. Resistance of cancen cellsto cytotoxic dnugs may be a nesult of nesistance to apopotosis. Impnoved undenstanding of themoleculan mechanisms undenlying chemo nesistance in cancen could be useful fon devising tangetedthenapeutic. miRNAs and lncRNAs have an impontant nole in the development of chemosensitivityon chemonesistance in diffenent cancens. studies indicated a possible link between miRNAs andlncRNAs dysnegulation and cancen dnug nesistance. Funthenmone, lncRNAs and miRNAs could beused as biomankens fon Cancen chemothenapy nesistance, outcome in cancen and pnovide a newstnategy to tneat malignant tumons in the futune.
