چکیده مقاله:

Introduction The aim of this study is to develop a method for the extraction of from biological human fluids using these polymer-grafted MNPs as a sorbent. Since controlled release of drugs has become an important issue, the synthesized NPs was used for drug delivery. An alternative approach was applied to functionalize MNPs with NVC/allyl imidazole for interaction with Nitrofurantoin for controlled drug release over a prolonged period of time in response to changes in temperature.Chemicals and reagents No extra purification and treatment was conducted on any of the reagents and chemical substances also all of them including 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, tetraethylortosilicate (TEOS), trifluoroacetic acid, n-vinylcaprolactam, allyl imidazole were directly used in this research.Synthesize of Nano Sorbent Method used in recent study was synthesizing of MNPs via 2:1 co-precipitation of Fe (II) and Fe (III) at the presence of Ammonium solution and Nitrogen gas atmosphere. Solution was mixed then synthesized MNPs were transferred to 40 ml TEOS, 2.5 mL 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane [1]. The grafted NPs were characterized by FT-IR. The surface morphology was studied using SEM. The grafted NPs were investigated for the determination of trace Nitrofurantoin in biological human fluids [2]. The profile of Nitrofurantoin uptake by the modified MNPs indicated good accessibility of the active sites in the grafted copolymer. It was found that the adsorption behavior could be fitted by the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. Conclusion New polymer grafted MNPs were successfully synthesized and reported as an efficient sorbent for Nitrofurantoin extraction. The HPLC technique has been applied for the determination of trace Nitrofurantoin in biological human fluids after extraction. The results indicate that the proposed method has significant advantages including efficiency.
