The wide-area measurement system (WAMS) has become significant roles in power systems in order to get a precise measurement, so proper control layout and its evaluation of dynamical power system hierarchical structure have been expanded for management electrical and mechanical parameters based on Real-Time observed in power grids. In this paper presents a new method for estimating dynamic model parameters of powersystem using synchronized Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) data. The proposed method used data about the generators, line impedances and load change based on discrete-time signals sampling in a predictions state,periodic method and mathematically the sampled signal for acquiring change amplitude at any time. The simulation results based on real-time estimator (RTE) in WSCC3-machine 9-bus show change power flow andestimated appropriately in functional power grids.
