چکیده مقاله:

Today Marketing is not centered on the production facility, even is based on customer satisfaction. In this world by intensing competition and increasing customer expectations, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction, seems to be essential for the companies survival. Due to the progress of the human, today we are witnessing new ways of selling and marketing. Therefore, in current research is attempted to investigate the customer satisfaction through the products of Bazar Network TV in Torbat-e-Jaam.This study based on aim is an applicable research and based on data collection method is a descriptive research. The sampling method in this research is accidental by using SPSS statistical software, the obtained data are analyzed then conclusions and offerings are reviewed. The results of the analysis shows that in addition to indicating the validity of the hypotheses of this study, evince that customer are satisfied from teleshopping
