چکیده مقاله:

Aloe vera plant is a member of lily family plant which is full of juice and closes similar to a cactus. This plant is one of the oldest and the most applied medicinal plant worldwide. It resistant s to limited irrigation and salinity condition depending on the humidity retention capacity of the soil. In this experiment used several salinity condition included the control, 4, 8, and 12 (ds/m) and some levels of irrigation were field capacity, 40%, 60%, and 80% water depletion. Results exposed that the saline and drought stress affected on mineral compounds in this plant. Enhance of the salinity increased the chlorine, sodium and declined the potassium element amount in the leaves. Drought improved the amount of chlorine, potassium, zinc and decreased the sodium amount in the leaves. So this plant could probably was hard to sever water deficiency by aggregation potassium and zinc in leaf. Hence these elements were important as resistant indicators at comprehensive stress.
