چکیده مقاله:
Intellectual capital is a cross field subject that in recent years has been considered increasingly by authorities of different areas of science, especially management. In the other hand privatization organizations can improve their efficiency and efficacy through establishing, reinforcing and spreading of this valuable and touchable capital. The scope of this research is to survey relationship between intellectual capital and its components (as human, structural and relationship capital) among privatizationstaff organization. We surveyed the relation between structural capital s dimensions and intellectual capital. The research method is descriptive in the case of correlation one. The population of this Privatization staff organization from 1392 – 1393 is the number of the250 and we send questionnaires to whole staff and all of them rejected. The instrument of collecting data and information include questionnaire. That reliability of them by the Cronbach s alpha method in order %80 and %79 them into account has been determined. The difference of the rate of intellectual capital among employees, with ANOVA, measurement of the rate of intellectual capital of independently (t.test) have been considered and analyzed. We ranked all direct and indirect effective with Friedman test. We ranked them such as this; human, relational capital. And for structural capital s dimensions we ranked as this: routines, intellect and relationship.
