Justice and education (educational justice) is one of the most important themes favored and emphasized by Islamic teachings, especially the Nahjulbalagha. Despite numerous discussions and arguments by scholars and experts in this field, but still place and origin of this concept has not been documented in scientific method. Regarding to the fundamental role of educational justice in education and training processes, and justice which is the greatest feature of the educational system, the position and philosophy of Islamic teachings should be determined. To fill this scientific gap in the country and by idolizing the Nahjulbalagha are educational justice charter, has investigated why educational justice is paid. The purpose of the study on the educational justice is under one fundamental questions about the role and principles of educational justice from the perspective of the Nahjulbalagha. In this study which is fundamental and qualitative research, to determine the reasons of justice-oriented education, thematic analysis method was used. To gather and identify themes associated with the place of educational justice, first theoretical principles and Islamic scholars views have been examined, then by referring and studying Nahjulbalagha, related content about extraction , coding and frequency has been counted. The results of the thematic analysis, comparative analysis and template drawing show that the place of educational justice as a major theme is composed of two integrating themes and twelve key themes. The relation of these themes is presented as a template in the content network.
