چکیده مقاله:
Nano Microbial cellulose fiber is produced during metabolic inter cellular by some microorganisms and based on unique properties it has a lot of industrial usage. According to the importance of time in increasing the yield of microorganism, in this research cellulosic fiber has produced at different time via Hestrin- Scharmm (HS) static culture media and Acetobacter Xylinum. These fibers were removed from surface of culture media from 1 to 10 days respectively. The chemical and physical properties are assessed after purification and drying. FTIR, weighting, value of remain sugar in culture media and SEM has been done for studying the fiber characteristic. The obtained results indicated that the chemical structure of microbial cellulose is similar to plant cellulose (cotton. In addition the value of obtained cellulose is raised by increasing the time as the weight of 10-day layer is 3.8 times more than 5-day layer. In addition cellulose production is increased by time based on mathematical equation. Meanwhile the SEM photo of 10-day fiber shown the diameters of fibers are between 30-90 nm
