چکیده مقاله:

In this work, mesoporous silica FDU-12 was synthesized via a post-synthesis route in the presence of an inorganic salt, such as KCl followed by a calcination process in air. On the basis of characterization results with gas (N2) adsorption, the obtained FDU-12 product is of good mesoporous structures with special 3 D cage-like shape, high BET surface area and pore volume. The results of stability testing in buffer solution related for most biological applications indicated that the obtained mesoporous product have good structural stability in at pH 3.7 and 6.0 under oscillating conditions for up to 30 days, and the stability at pH 3.7 is much better than that in higher pH buffer solution. The effect of hydrothermal temperature on the stability of FDU-12 shows that higher temperature can result in the better stability. The stability mechanism was briefly discussed, and aging temperature looks like the dominant factor for the stability of FDU-12.
