چکیده مقاله:
intellectual capital is the most sensitive key at organization. Intellectual capital is often described as intangible assets that can be used as a tool for competitive advantage. Intellectual capital components have to interact, creativity and innovation that creates value and leads the organization. With the increasing development of technology, knowledge and extensive flow of information, today our society is in need of skills training that helps one keep pace with the development of science and technology progress. Today, a creative staffing for any organization, creates a competitive advantage. More organizations require creative staff to operational staff. The aim is to training people who can solve problems with creative thinking. Today, our people are inneed of teaching creativity by creating new thoughts to process a prosperous society. Creative people first become familiar with the problem or opportunity and then through gathering information to involved with a problem or opportunity then Creative people focus on the problem, at this step does not see any tangible activities and people trying to organize thoughts, ideas, experiences and backgrounds of their past to achieve an idea. The deep involvement (conscious and unconscious) provide an opportunity (to thinking on the issue) is to create new and innovative ideas. Finally, creative people to prove their competence and potential of ideas.The aim of this study is to provide models to create innovation.
