Due to the sensitivity of potato to virus, production of virus-free plants, reduction in productioncosts and increased performance, in vitro cultivation of this plant is very important. To evaluatethe effect of 11 combined hormones and vitamins as treatments on main and secondary shootlength, the minimum and maximum of secondary shoot length and number of secondary shootAgria potatoes, an experiment was conducted in 2014-2015 in a completely randomized designwith three replications in laboratory condition. The result of variance analysis showed thatbetween the hormonal compounds from the point of evaluated traits there is significantdifference at 1% probability and this suggests that different hormone combinations withdifferent concentrations have significant effects on the traits that were assessed. Based on thetable comparison treatments, cytokinin compounds (PBA) in various concentrations reducedsecondary shoot length and conversely, biotin, thiamin and pyroxene compounds in measuredconcentrations increased secondary shoot length. This can also be seen in minimum andmaximum secondary shoot length. Treatment compounds of B5، B10 and P20 cause increase andPBA3 and PBA4 compounds cause reduction in main shoot length. Based on the resultsobtained, cytokinin compounds in evaluated concentrations increased the number of secondaryshoot.
