چکیده مقاله:

Education methods are affected by the audience mental structure, instructor’s academic abilityand intellectual and environmental fields of education. The following research has beenconducted to investigate the methods of visual arts education with two followingcharacteristics: The role of copying in learning process and the memory position in the visualperception ability. As the goal would be met through library studies and resources analysis,research process includes a critical look at the issue and achieving a scientific conclusion isbased on recognition of human, space, time and effective platforms for learning. The nature ofthe research includes philosophical approach to memory training, and copying role in theeducational process. The historical origin of the two methods and the way of representingworks of art and the relationship of thinkers’ ideas such as Walter Benjamin and TheodorAdorno, in pursuit of the research in art at the time of the Pre-Socratic have been studied inanother point of view. Finally it is found out that visual arts education method should bebased on creating creativity and critical approach to the artworks objectivity and reality.Therefore, using exclusively an educational method cannot led to new and analysis likereception of the person’s artistic world. The necessity of using both methods to achieve theabove objectives is the obtained results of this comparative research.
