As one of the important areas in human’s activities, art has emerged andcontinued in different roles in society. Paintings shape a big group of art works which depictthe age, quantity, features and aspects of society. Therefor enables the study of societies bymeans of assessing and analyzing these artworks. Women with their respected positions insociety and family have always played different roles due to the influence of differentviewpoint. However the study of painting will clear these differences. This study discussespaintings that have been created through the change of view by means of assessing the role ofwoman in different historical eras of Qajar, Pahlavi and current, and explains the differencesby analyzing paintings and illustrations.
