چکیده مقاله:

Cultural and tourism heritage can be investigated in diverse aspects. One of these aspects which has been recently regarded is an industrial heritage, by investigating on these works and their restortion, the context for more extensibility of this heritage and also promoting tourism industry will be provided. Tehran city as a capital of Iran despite vastness and works’ diversification in different area of cultural heritage, has not benefited the capacity of attention and restortion of industrial works in reagrd with promoting architecture and tourism industry as they should be. In this dissertation, we follow prioritizing in order to develop 3 works of industrial works in Tehran Methodology is in a way that opinions given by experts in pertinent areas to determine criteria affecting on these places are exploited. Thus, to evaluate each of works according to availability and coherence cirteria, comfort, perspective and activities are considered as indices to assess. Since, this model is a subject of multi-criteria decision making, by forming paired comparison matrix and owing to aforementioned criteria, indices importance are assesed and eventually are put in rehabiliation and development priority. Results obtained from this study can be considerably helpful with orienting the development plans of Tehran industrial heritage
