چکیده مقاله:
Aspergillus parasiticus is including the fungi Producer toxins.That with the production of fourmain types of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2, causes different complications in humans,especially cancer. In this experiment has been tried that be investigated the production oftoxin in fungi by using different methods. After the purification fungi, initially the ability toproduce toxin was confirmed using the culture medium of coconut †Agar and then werecultured on a medium corn. After 7 days, corn were dried and milled and the extract wereextracted by using Solvents such as acetonitrile and methanol And then Toxic This funguswere evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively using TLC and HPLC methods. It turned outthis fungus has property of fluorescent light under the light UV, in the analysis of toxins wasdetermined in question Fungus produce all four types of aflatoxin. That Total of Aflatoxinproduction is 1.67 ppm. In the meantime, more than half of these toxin is aflatoxin B1 with anaverage of 1.103 mg per ml included. In the meantime, Aflatoxin B1 to be included more thanhalf of these toxins with an average of 1.103 ppm. Due to the ability to produce cancercausingtoxin in the fungus can be obtained enough information in order to prevent adverseeffects it utilizes principled methods of extraction, identification and analysis of these toxins
