CVI and future market value: an evaluation of the Iranian Companies

In this study, the relationship between intellectual capital (IC) and future market value of the Iranian Companies is examined. Methods of measuring intellectual capital are: calculated intangible value model (CVI). Data required for calculating (CVI) is collected through the annual reports from 69 companies during the years 2007-2012; of the companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange. The statistical test used for data analysis was liner multiple regressions. Eviews6 software was used for test the hypotheses. The results of this study confirmed that there is a significant positive relationship between intellectual capital (IC) and future market value (M/B).
