Effect of Factors Affecting the Absorption of Funds and Deposits in the Maskan Bank(case study: Maskan Bank in Mazandaran province)

This study was to investigate the effects of physical factors affecting the absorption of funds and bank deposits and maskan bank agents in Mazandaran province is ranked. The population of this study includes actual and potential customers that the Housing Bank in the province which is unlimited in numbers this community of 389 people were selected using sample size formula Cochran. This study is an applied descriptive. In this analysis, Cronbach's alpha to determine the reliability of the test, the test Kolmogorov - Smirnov to determine normal or non-normal data twas used. To make the effect of several independent variables on the dependent variable examined using structural equation model using the software Shd.nykvyy Lisrel been done.. The results indicate that the level of the facility, deposit interest rate, the number of branches and the cost of advertising (marketing mix of banking services) has a direct impact on attracting deposits and 91/0. In this study confirmed the significance or reject hypotheses, structural equation modeling and path analysis were used in particular. Hypotheses (relations) in a significant mode is determined .It is believed that, in today's competitive world success of the organization and enable managers in the shadow of the organization.So managers society as a whole and the managers and employees of the Maskan Bank as part of the province can using the result s of this study and to empower its bank s in attracting financial resources for their deposites
