چکیده مقاله:

Nanoparticles Titanium dioxide/Silicon Carbide doped with Thiourea (source of N, S) were successfully formed via sol-gel technique. Doping TiO2 with anionic species such as C, results in the enhanced visible light photocatalytic activity. Glass balls were selected as the stationary phase for this study. For this reason, after synthesis of nanoparticles, glass balls immersed in sol of TiO2/SiC. Textile factory wastewater chose as sample of real pollutant. Photocatalytic activity was assessed by the photocatalytic degradation of textile wastewater under visible and sun light. When these nanoparticles were formed, their morphology and ability of degradation by different methods such as, X-RayDiffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Diffraction X-ray (EDX) and Ultra Violet-Visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy measurement, were characterized. The substrate has a great ability to degrade azo dyes.
