چکیده مقاله:

آدرس های توصیفی، از یک مکان شناخته شده شروع شده و تا دست یابی به مقصد، مسیر را توصیف می کنند. این آدرس ها نه تنها مکان مورد نظر را مشخص می کنند، بلکه با توصیف مسیر دستیابی به آن مکان، می توانند به عنوان ابزاری برای ناوبری مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. به بیان دیگر مولفه های ادراک مکانی موجود در آدرس های توصیفی با ارتقای سطح ادراکی افراد از محیط، به آن ها کمک می کند از مبدا حرکت کرده و به مقصد برسند؛ یعنی یک فرآیند ناوبری صورت می پذیرد. در این مقاله، کارایی آدرس-های توصیفی در ناوبری یعنی نحوه تاثیر مولفه های ادراک امکانی موجود در آدرس های توصیفی بر ناوبری مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفته است.
