Ranking Factors Affecting Financing Strategies using Fuzzy AHP (Case Study in the Municipality of Tehran Affiliated Companies)

Today in most of Iranian contracting companies, decision makings are based on the accounting information. Financial decisions of a companyaffect different social groups (subscribers). It’s likely thataccomplishment of realizing temporal socioeconomic goals to be led to maintaining power of money and costs recovery. Companies andinstitutions may select different ways of maintaining power of money and costs recovery for their assets. Financing or financial structures ofcompanies impact stakeholders and owners’ interests considerably. Decisions concerning financing and the best financial combination areamong the most important decisions made by financial mangers such that they are known as strategic decisions and they determine financialresources for conducting a project. This research aims at identifying and ranking those factors affecting the strategies of financing of contractingcompanies regarding the municipality of Tehran traffic plans. The research method in this study was descriptive naturally from surveyingtype regarding investigation of factors and applied form regarding its results which is presented based on fuzzy AHP. The researchpopulation consists of managing director and financial sophisticate experts in contracting companies in field of traffic. According to resultsobtained here, affecting factors on financing strategies of the municipality of Tehran affiliated companies are prioritized as income and resources, engineering and technical and organizational and administrative factors.
