چکیده مقاله:

Conductive polymers had been the topic of the large number of investigation during last decades because of their unique properties. Among the conducting polymers, PANI, Due to ease of synthesis, processing environmental stability and low synthetic cost is useful in wide area of application. Interfacial polymerization reaction is carried out using an organic-based solution of aniline as monomer and the water-based solution of oxidant agent ammonium peroxydisulfat (APS) containing HCl as doping agent. The polyaniline nanofiber are polymerized at the organic/aqueous interface. In the current work, polyaniline nanofibers were prepared using the interfacial polymerization process and the effect of the concentration of APS as oxidant on the morphology, solubility and the yield of the reaction was investigated at fixed acid and aniline concentration, 0.1 M. The samples were characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and UV-Visible spectroscopy (UV-VIS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It has been found that difference aniline/APS molar ratios effect on the solubility and uniformity of nanofibers PANI. The more uniform polyaniline nanofibers have been achieved, when aniline/APS Molar ratios is equivalent to one.
