Resiliency of Neighborhood ( compare between The neighborhoods Odlajan and Ekbatan)

The old neighborhoods of this country during the centuries, human society based on values and changing circumstances have been developed that day, to gradually lose the ability to meet its requirements, has evolved and its residents place attachment have lost. And have lost their cohesion and identity. While on the other hand in a short time for the planned new neighborhoods have been created. And they are going through a process Conversely organic quarters. The research questions are: What is the definition of resilience? What's resilience and hierarchical dimensions, and why this research is a comparative measure of resilience neighborhood? What is a contemporary Iranian community resiliency strategies? The aim of this study is to provide design solutions for a resilient community in Iran, not to returning to the principles of traditional urban Iran. But also understanding the needs of today's global and local experiences and Finding a new interpretation of the principles of the Iranian neighborhoods resilience to continuity it would be existence. The research method is analysis – descriptive. That, will be discussed to comparisoning of the old and modern neighborhoods in Tehran as Odlajan and the first phase Ekbatan..
