Studying the Role of Good Governance Factors in Creating Urban Sustainable Architecture

Today, it is globally accepted that urban sustainable development realized if objectives of democracy, equality in service delivery, and preserving environment achieved by urban management along with observing up to date urban management principles, urban planning, urban traffic, and fair distribution of urban sources and income . Good urban governance is one of the four characteristics of sustained development and serves as its means introduced indevelopment literature since 1980s. Developing countries define and explain upcoming activities and plans in line with establishing and institutionalizing of civil society and socialparticipation based on this feature. Thus, good governance focused on sustained human development along with creating sustained city; in addition, it also highly emphasizes on reduced poverty, creating job and sustained prosperity, environment protection andrevitalization, effective and fair service delivering, women development, participation approach, as well as significance of participatory planning for urban development and management. Formulating the indicator to evaluate sustaining in various fields of sustaineddevelopment including architecture is of the present world requirements. The need to obtain related frameworks is closely interwoven to sustainment in all academic and artistic domains.The object of sustained architecture discussion, which is sustained development subcategory, is to find architectural solutions to provide proper residence through using climatic design methods and natural materials in order to decrease negative architectural effects onenvironment; further, to embrace green architecture, too. This review survey tries to get a comprehensive view of how good governance applied in sustained architecture and makes clear that though sustained architecture is an operational concept accessed by constructors, the majority established macro policies based on good governance. According to research background, the role of good governance in developing sustained architecture classified into four dimensions of process, implementation potential, green economy dimension, and evaluating changes in social-environmental indicators.
