The study of Hematologic characteristics of Beluga (Huso huso) in different seasone

Hematological parameters are repeatedly used as an essential tool to assess the health condition of fish. The purpose of this study was to assess the reference values of some hematological parameters of Huso huso collected from pen culture. Variation in hematological parameters such as hemoglobin, erythrocyte count, total leucocytes count, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume (MCV) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) of fish were compared according to seasonal differences. Analysis of variance showed There was no significant difference in the amount of white blood cells. But all other blood factors, such as RBC, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, MCV, MCH, MCHC, Neutrophils and Lynphocytes in these two seasone were significant differences. Value WBC ,RBC, Hemoglobin, , MCH, MCHC, Neutrophils in the spring higher than in winter. Hematocrit value of 22.13 in the winter season decrease to 7.36 in spring. Also MCV value and Percent Lynphocytes , Showed a significant decrease compared to winter.
