چکیده مقاله:

در پژوهشهایی که در حدود سه دهه پیش در علم مدیریت و سازمان قوت گرفت، تحقیق درباره چارچوبهای شناختی مدیر یا رهبر در سازمان بود. در این پژوهشها به طور مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم چارچوب شناختی رهبر به عنوان یک عامل مهم و اثرگذار در تصمیمگیری های مدیر شناخته شده است که حجم اطلاعات گستردهای را که مدیر با آنها مواجه است تصفیه میکند. این کار جذب برخی از اطلاعات و دفع بخشهای دیگر اطلاعات را انجام میدهد و به فرد کمک میکند تا اطلاعات خود را یکپارچه، منظم و منسجم شکل دهد. این نظم، از تصفیه اطلاعات ورودی توسط نظام یا چارچوب شناختی فرد که همان نظام باورهای منسجم اوست شکل میگیرد و در نقاط توجه و تعابیر و تفسیر مدیران از پدیدهها اثر مستقیم میگذارد و مبنای جهتدهی سازمانی برای رهبران و شکلگیری یک منطق غالب و حتی استراتژیهای اساسی سازمان میشود. این ساختارها مانند یک لنز عمل کرده و اطلاعات را فیلتر و متمرکز میکنند. اهمیت ساختارهای شناختی فقط در تعبیر و تفسیر اطلاعات محیط و ایجاد یک حس در مدیر نیست، بلکه اهمیت این ویژگی زمانی بارزتر میشود که رهبر سازمان به عنوان یک خالق احساس برای سایر اعضا عمل میکند. این ساختارها از طریق اسکن اطلاعات محیطی، تعبیر وتفسیر آن و اقدام براساس آنها بر تصمیمها، ارزشها و نگرشهای مدیر و سازمان اثر میگذارند. پژوهشهایی که در حوزه شناخت در مدیریت صورت گرفته غالباً با تأکید بر چارچوبهای شناختی درسازمان تنظیم شدهاند. در این مقاله سعی شده بر رویکرد، روشها و تحقیقاتی که در سه دهه اخیر در این حوزه انجام شده مروری جامع صورت گیرد تا دریچهای مفید و منحصر بفرد برای ورود به پژوهشهای جدید و کاربست تئوریها در سازمان باشد.
