Evaluation of performance of Children's and Young Adults libraries in Iran based on the European Foundation Quality Management (EFQM)

This paper’s aim was the evaluation of service quality based on European Foundation Quality Management (EFQM) in Children's and Young Adults libraries in Iran.The study is survey-analytic design and documentary studies, analysis and EFQM were used as combined method. This study is Mixed Method. It is also applied in terms of research nature. The study population was policy makers and top managers of the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults. The results showed that based on European Foundation Quality Management (EFQM), the Center Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults achieved score 278.15 of total 1000 scores.
