چکیده مقاله:

امروزه پیش بینی عمر مفید باقیمانده و زمان خرابی تجهیزات، یکی از دغدغه های اصلی سیستم های صنعتی پیچیده میباشد. تکامل و بهبود سیستم های پایش داده در سامانه های مختلف، تشخیص و پیش بینی عیوب را بسیار هموار نموده است. مدل پیش بینی و مدیریت سلامت در دهه اخیر با ایجاد یک همبستگی بین مهندسی صنایع، کامپیوتر، ارتباطات، کنترل و مفاهیم قابلیت اطمینان و کاهش هزیه ها، بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. درواقع بر اساس پیش بینی های صورت گرفته استفاده از مدلPHM در سیستم ها، دستگاه ها و اجزاء کاری، میتواند قابلیت دستیابی به نقصان صفر را فراهم آورد. در مدیریت سلامت و پیش بینی عیوب، در ابتدا بهپایش وضعیت سیستم جهت استخراج داده ها بر اساس سنسورهای تعبیه شده پرداخته، سپس با استفاده از الگوریتم های داده کاوی اختلال های داده ای از بین می روند و نهایتا به تشخیص و پیش بینی عیوب تجهیزات پرداخته میشود. با توجه به فراوانی مقالات مروری در حوزه تشخیص عیوب و کم بودن این مقالات در حوزه پیش بینی، هدف اصلی ما در این مقاله این است که با بررسی جامعادبیات پیش بینی عیوب، یک مرور کاربردی از مدیریت سلامت و الگوریتم های پیش بینی عیوب را ایجاد نموده، و با دسته بندی روش ها، توضیحات مرتبط با آنها را بیان نماییم و مقالات متنوعی که اخیرا به چاپ رسیده اند را به دقت مورد بررسی قرار دهیم. همچنین به بررسی خلاهای موجود در حوزه پیش بینی و مدیریت سلامت خواهیم پرداخت و موارد مورد نیاز جهت ادامه حرکت در این حوزه بسیار مهم و حیاتی توسط محققین را برخواهیم شمرد.
