چکیده مقاله:

Non aqueous polyurethane/polyaniline nanostructured microspheres were prepared in the presence of ω-hydroxypolybutadiene (HTPB) and nano-silica as steric stabilizers by two step polymerization. In first stage, Polyurethane (PU) microspheres were prepared by polyaddition of ethylene glycol (EG) and tolylene-2,diisocyanate (TDI) at 60 °C in cyclohexane as the organic medium, in the presence of dibutyl tin dilaurate (DBTDL) as catalyst and HTPB as the steric stabilizers. Then the PU seed was redispersed and aniline added, and oxidative polymerization was initiated by the addition of benzoylperoxide (BPO) solution in cyclohexane. The effects of stabilizer concentration and type on the morphology of PU/polyaniline nanostructured microspheres were studied using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and optical microscope (OM). It was founded that the morphology of the obtained nanostructuered particles changed from the core-shell one to snowman-like when using different stabilizers.
