Effect of sustainable development patterns using SWOT matrix in terms of urban renewal, Ivan

Cities as the most important biological communitiespresent century, over the past need to consider theenvironmental and ecological aspects in addition toaspects of social, political, economic and qualityimprovement perspective. The term urban landscape can be read as a series of perceptual effects, as well asfield-cultural, and philosophical context its place in avariety of shapes, patterns, forms of life and manynatural creatures. Obviously, such a situation isconsidered in terms of the impact on the livingconditions and the interaction between humans and thenatural and built environment.For this study, we have used the SWOT matrixtechnique. After identifying the internal and externalcriteria based on the principles of sustainabledevelopment and offer strategies: SO and WO and STand WT and weighting factors was obtained the finalstrategy. Suggests the generality of these findings;urban renewal perspective on the principles ofsustainable development in the matrix offensive. Thatis the recommended solution-oriented perspective.
