Determining of Logistics Cost Reduction Strategies (Case Study of Goldiran Co)

This study analyzed the characteristics of successfully executed logistic system funded in Goldiran Company in order to identify the key performance attributes that contributed to the successful implementation of the logistic system and optimum function of total logistic cost and providing reduction cost strategies.To gather all expert’s ideas we designed a questionnaire.SPSS and AMOS used to analyze gathered data;CFA method used to test the measurement model specifying the posited relations of the observed variables to the underlying constructs.Based on the results,model has defined using main effective logistics cost drivers and ranking the most important strategies to reduce Total Logistics Cost
