Effect of wet press on the properties of paper reinforced with nano fibrillated cellulose

In this research, CMP pulp was reinforced with cellulose nano structures (NFC), as the friend of theenvironment and reinforcement material and the effect of wet press, as one of the most important processing agents,on the properties of produced paper has been investigated. Finally, physical, barrier and strength properties of thepapers have been measured. Considerable improvement of tensile, strength properties and air permeability throughincreasing the pressure of press are the most important and considerable outcomes of this research.
