چکیده مقاله:

This paper is report on photocatalytic reduction of NOx pollutant by BiFeO۳nanocatalyst.For increasing thephotocatalytic activity of prepared BiFeO۳nanocrystals ۵% Sr was doped to catalyst structure. A citrate method was appliedto synthesis of BiFeO۳ (BFO) and Sr۵%-doped BiFeO۳. X-ray diffraction pattern confirm the formation of perovskitestructure of prepared BiFeO۳.Prepared nanophotocatalysts were used to photo catalytic reduction of NOx (NO, NO۲)pollutant in self- designed photo reactor. Results show that Sr۵%-doped BiFeO۳ has higher photo catalytic activity thanBiFeO۳. Influence of relative humidity was investigated and it was found that increase the relative humidity untiloptimumpercentage (۵۰%) cause to increase the NOxPhoto reduction,after thatconversion of NOx was decreased with increasinghumidity.
