چکیده مقاله:

In this project, a solid phase extraction-spectrophotometric method has been developed for nitroglycerin (NG)determination. 1-dodecyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([C12C1im][Cl]) modified magnetite nanoparticles were used asthe adsorbent. Alkaline hydrolysis of NG produced nitrite, which was extracted as an azo dye. Sulfamethoxazole and 1-naphthol were used in azo dye formation. Desorption of the formed azo dye was performed using 0.6 mL of an acidicethanol solution and spectrophotometric determination was performed at 460 nm. The affective parameters such asvolumes of aqueous and eluent phases, the ionic liquid concentration and the other parameters were optimized. TheBeer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0.6-55.0 ng mL-1 of NG. Also, the obtained limit of detection was 0.3 ng mL-1 ofNG. The presented method was successfully applied for the determination of NG in water and soil samples.
