بررسی اثرات میدان های الکترومغناطیس (FMF) بر بافت قلب موش سوری

Because of conditions provided by the modern life, the human being is exposed to electromagnetic field (EMF). Appliance such as television, computer, mobile phone and power producting systems have in important role in human life are the source of EMF. Epidemiological and experimental studies have shown the adverse effect of EMF on biological systems. The aim of the present study is to investigate microscopic changes of heart tissue in EMF-Exposed mice. For this purpose balb/c mice were exposed to 3 mT, EMF for 2 months, 4 hours/day. The microscopic study of heart showed that, fibers size of the cardiac muscle were different. In cardiac tissue, inflammation and leucocyte infiltrations was observed. Focal blood vessel increased and cardiomyocytolysis or necrosis were revealed in different areas. According to the results, electromagnetic fields lead to several changes in heart tissue that result to decreasing of cardiac function
