چکیده مقاله:
The present study investigated the relationship between workaholism with outcomes of employee's organizational behavior (According to Cole Kuwaiti & et al, including job performance, organizational commitment and preventive behavior) at the LMO (Legal Medical Organization) is executed. According to the hypothesis, this study in terms ofobjectives, functional and descriptive - correlation is performed. The study populationincluded a total of 2,500 employees have been LMO, the stratified random sampling and Cochran formula, 333 of whom have been selected. To collect data for the independent variable (workaholism) from standard questionnaire Spence and Robbins (1992) and the dependent variable (job performance and preventive behavior) from research_workerquestionnaire adapted from Cole Kuwaiti & et al (2009) and the dependent variable (organizational commitment) from standard questionnaire Allen and Meyer (1990) and a fiveitem Likert scale was used. The collected data with two methods of descriptive and inferentialstatistics (Pearson correlation and linear regression) and were analyzed using the software SPSS 19. The results indicate that work a holism with job performance and aspects of taskperformance and citizenship behavior and organizational commitment and its dimensions has a direct and positive relationship. And counter-productive behavior (which is one of the dimensions of job performance) and preventive behavior and its dimensions has a reverse andnegative relationship. Also the results of multiple regression analysis to determine the impact of work a holism showed that combination of working on job performance and the pleasure of working positively on organizational commitment and negatively on preventive behavior, has the greatest impact on this organization.
