WASTE MANAGEMENT EFFECTIVNESS EVALUATION FROM THE VIEW OF THE PERSONNEL OF WASTE MANAGEMENT ORGANIZETION OF KARAJ MUNICIPALITY

Nowadays with the trend of population growth, civilization increasing, industrial activities expansion and the variation of pattern of consumption, house- made, agricultural, industrial, hygienic wastes and etc. are countedof difficulties of human beings communications. Anually environmental cycle with empower management, and region is occurred with scientific principels, until will never hazard mankinds health. In this research, the purpose has been waste management effectivnes evaluation from the viewpoint of the personnel of waste management organization of Karaj municipality, in performance of entrusted duties with analytical- descriptive method. The statistical communication is 400 the whole expert personnels of organization,and the volume of sample was determined with Kokran frmula 200 . The selection method of persons is in wayof folded and simple accidentaly sampling. For determining the permament of questionnaire, 20 questionnaires were delivered with use of Kronbakh A lfa, the speeches isotropy coefficient(0.89) and were founded acceptable. The admissibility of questionnaire was verified with experts and specialists. In way of SPSS software and Sample t test, the extracted data from questionnaire was analyzed, and meaningful influence was observed in execution of correct waste management upon measurement each one of dimension:wastes decreasingof beginning, wastes product, wastes reserve, wastes polishing and managing in site, wastes gathering, wastes transportation, wastes recycle, wastes repelling, wastes taking care of after repelling, that tells something about effectiveness.
