چکیده مقاله:

Iran, in the Alps Himalayan seismic belt, is as one of the most active tectonic regions of the world. More than 70 percent of Iran’s major cities are in neighboring the seismic faults and faults in some cases even pass through the cities. The earthquake caused an unexpected way to undermine the normal development of the social-structure of a region, the earthquake arise, empty holes and in the context that means create new definition of the urban landscape. The ruins of a vast territory, which result from the movement of faults in the city, are a golden opportunity to revive urban and metropolitan areas and a quality development for urban spaces. Actually requires the ability to understand the effects of the earthquake devastated the landscape as part of the urbanite landscape of human nature. Hence; the present paper expresses the adaptive landscape has been created as a part of a massive earthquake struck the city in terms of deals. This research prepares with analytic- description method and with respect to organizational documents and library, express the terms of recreating a new approach and innovative in the affected towns and provides practical strategies for sustainable tourism. The results of this study show that, An innovative view of earthquake reconstruction, can distinguish it as a universal symbol of a city, flexible, durable and attractive tourist offer. This city reflects the values, knowledge and technology of the 21st century.
