چکیده مقاله:
The use of low-cost adsorbents was investigated as a replacement for current costly methods of removing metals from aqueous solution [1]. In this work we studied the removal of Cu (II) using continuous packed bed column with granular activated carbon. The results showed that the designed semi packed bed reactor is suitable for removing of copper from aqueous solution. The batch studies data were described using the Freundlich and Langmuir models, but the best fit was obtained with Langmuir model.
