چکیده مقاله:
Trichoderma spp., are among important antagonists of plant pathogenic fungi that are extensively used as bio agent against them. In this study, four species of antagonistic fungus Trichoderma included: T. atroviridae 1-3, T. longibrachiatum, T. harzianum iso6 and T.atroviridae 6022 were used against P.aphanidermatum in vitro condition. Dual culture experiments were performed on three media culture containing: PDA, V8 and soil extract agar (SEA). In the dual culture tests all of the 4 species on all of the media could inhibit pathogengrowth after 48 h. Sporulation on the pathogen hyphae, on the 5th day of incubation, were observed. After the mycelial interaction, Trichoderma isolates were coiled around pathogen mycelium and penetrated. The highest percentage of the growth inhibition (31.45 %) was attained by T. harzianum iso6 on PDA. This species, also showed the highest percentage of the growth inhibition on 3 media cultures and the lowest growth inhibition was by T. longibrachiatum on all of them.
