چکیده مقاله:

According to available statistics, more than 37% of annual energy consumption is related to the buildings and residential sector. Because of this substantial amount, adopting energy saving methods and using modern technologies in this regard can be effective in reducing this rate. Electricity and heat are two main required energy type for buildings to providing energy demand of space heating, space cooling, water heating, lighting and electrical equipment needs. Fuel cell technology is one of updated electricity generation procedures. In addition, it is beneficial in reducing fossil fuel consumption and environmental contamination. A proton exchange membrane fuel cell system (PEMFC) with 3.5 kW power generations has been considered to supply electrical needs of a sample residential building. In order to better productivity and more use of renewable energy resources four scenario of combination this system with micro-chp technology and photovoltaic panels was raised. Four scenarios are included PEMFC , MicroCHP–PEMFC , PEMFC–PV and MicroCHP–PEMFC–PV systems. Each of these scenarios has been investigated from technical, economical and environmental view point and it was observed that first the PEMFC-MicroCHP system and thereafter the PEMFC-MicroCHP-PV system are good options.
