چکیده مقاله:

Research in factors such as internal marketing and psychological empowerment got importancein business management and organizational behavior literature by management researchers andacademicians because of their particular intention on human resources of organizations. Internalmarketing has been a research area of interest by considering its relationship with numerousfactors such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, trust, leadership and turnoverintentions. The current research study was conducted to investigate the influence of internalmarketing on psychological empowerment. The responses from statistical population of 450people of consultant organizations in Gas and Oil industry of Iran were analyzed by StructuralEquation Modeling (SEM) methodology. The results reveal that internal marketing has asignificant positive influence on psychological empowerment of employees
